At Divine Creations, our main and most important goal is to serve our loyal customers and clients. We strive to be the best in the industry with the highest quality Masterpieces and we always want you to love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, know we’re here to help. We will do everything we can to try and make it right!
Our Quality Commitment
All items are thoroughly inspected after production, but sometimes we miss something. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com with your name, e-mail, and Order ID#. We want to handle defective/damaged items as quickly as possible, thus, you have to let us know about such items within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Your item will be replaced free of charge. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! You'll NEVER be responsible for shipping for wrong or defective orders.
Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
1. Items can be returned for:
● Cash refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
● Store credit in FULL, issued in the form of a online gift card sent via email.
2. All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery of your order.
3. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
4. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
5. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged (physical & odor damage, such as, but not limited to, smoke of any kind, perfume/cologne and/or body odor) conditions.
6. Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
7. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days (M-F) to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. If your return has not been processed after 7 business days, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The 14-day exchange/return policy only applies to stock items, meaning this does not include custom items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the receipt of your item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund, based on inspection of the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee, to your original payment method. If upon inspection, the item is determined to be worn and/or washed, you will be deemed ineligible for a refund. Please note: the item will not be returned to you if your refund request is rejected.
Final Sale items
All sales are FINAL for items that were marked down on sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded. In addition, to keep best practices and guarantee cleanliness for all customers, all jewelry and bodysuits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items customized in any manner are also non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions can be provided for any of the aforementioned items.
At Divine Creations, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. Thus, we do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit or refund once we've received and processed your return. In this regard way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
When notified or approved of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Refunds cannot be applied to a different payment method under any circumstances.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Or next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). Please note, Divine Creations is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
The agreement of our store policies applies to your purchases of Product(s) from this Website. The parties to this Agreement are: (1) the person who makes the purchase, referred to throughout the Agreement as “you” or “your”, and (2) our company, Divine Creations Clothing Co., LLC. Divine Creations is referred to in this Agreement as the “Company", "brand", “we”, and “us”.
We may make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, but the latest version will always appear on this page. Any changes to this Agreement will apply to all new orders placed after the change is published on the Website. You should check this Agreement before each order you place, in case it has changed since your last visit.
